How to View Email Headers in CompanyV Webmail

Log into webmail
Open an email and click the link for "All Headers" under the "Move" and "Copy" buttons on the right. If you see a link for "Simple headers" you are looking at "All Headers".

You must select and copy then paste the headers into an email to us - so that we can diagnose problems.
