- All work is billed to, and payment is the responsibility of the domain owner.
- The more concise your instructions the faster we are able to meet your needs!
- We do not offer estimates for projects under $3000.
- Estimates have a shelf life of 30 days.
- We generally require a 50% deposit before we will begin work on a project.
- We do charge for writing specifications of projects.
- We do charge for all meetings - they are considered consulting sessions.
- We do charge for technical support if the problem is outside of our control.
Charges for technical support are: $75 minimum per incident.
Additional charges may be billed at the rate of the service staff required to resolve your issue.
***Rush rates are rate plus 20%
for turnaround of 24 hrs
And must be submitted MONDAY- THURSDAY
Normal changes with no additional fees can take up to a week - if longer turnaround time is required due to complexity we will contact you by phone - or email.
We have virus scanning on our email server that does not permit some file extensions - so we ask that all attachments be compressed before sent. They will still be scanned for virus but they will reach us intact!
